acs_newThe American Cheese Society (ACS) is the leading organization supporting the understanding, appreciation and promotion of American artisan, farmstead and specialty cheeses. ACS provides advocacy, education, business development and networking opportunities for cheesemakers, enthusiasts and the extended industry.

Each October, ACS organizes American Cheese Month—a nationwide celebration of America’s delicious and diverse cheeses, and the farmers, cheesemakers, retailers and chefs who bring them to your table.
