If you have a ticket to the Brewers Gathering, this is printed directly on your badge. You will need to pick up your badge prior to 6pm on Wednesday in order to attend the Brewers Gathering.

**Saturday Badge Pickup Last call @ 8:00 pm

Check-in closes at 8:00pm on Saturday night. Badge not picked up by that time will not be available for pickup after 8pm on Saturday night.

Tuesday, June 21 – Thursday, June 30 Online brewery application period for competition and festival (Closes at 3pm MST on June 30)
Tuesday, July 5 GABF discounted hotel room block reservations open to brewers.
Wednesday, July 6 – Friday, July 15 Competition beer registration for eligible breweries that have applied to participate as of June 30
Tuesday, July 19 Breweries notified of festival booth space status (via lottery selection, if needed)
Tuesday, July 19 – Friday, July 29 Festival booth registration window
Friday, Aug. 5 Refund deadline for cancellations (Badges, Booth, Beers, etc.)
Friday, Aug. 26 MicroStar kegs begin shipping to breweries (if requested)
Monday, Aug. 22 – Friday, Aug. 26 Competition beers due to Denver (New Address – See “Shipping Your Competition Beers“)
Wednesday, Sept. 7 *Just Added*  Brewery logo and description updated in BreweryDB for MyGABF app
