2011 GABF Brewers Registration Information

Answers to most questions related to registration for the GABF can be found within the sections listed in the left column. (i.e. Dates & Deadlines, Competition Information, etc.)

Have this information ready before you begin:

  • Brewery contact information.
  • Your Brewers Association member number. You can find this on the mailing address section of your New Brewer magazine, or at the bottom of your Brewers Association Forum emails (If you’re looking for it on the mailing label of the GABF Registration booklet that was mailed to you, it’s actually not listed there this year…. oops!)
  • To help beer registration move quickly and to avoid timing out, take a minute to fill out the Cheat Sheat for registering online for the GABF.
  • How you are pouring beer at the festival (using bottles or cans, the GABF shipping Microstar kegs to you, current Microstar client, or using own kegs)?
  • Refer to our current 2011 Beer Styles list.
  • Designate up to 8, and no more than 8, of your entries towards Brewery of the Year.
  • Are you entering a Pro-Am competition beer? This option is available to BA members only.
  • What reps you will be sending to the GABF (if applicable). Put TBD if you don’t know yet.
  • Your credit card number.

Note: While the deadline for brewery registration is posted as June 29, registration is based solely on the capacity of both booth space in the festival hall and number of judging entries in the competition. This means that it is extremely likely that registration will close well before the June 29 deadline, and no exceptions can be made for breweries that are not registered before this time.
