Thursday, September 24 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm Session 1
Friday, September 25 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm Session 2
Saturday, September 26 10:30 am (time subject to change) Awards ceremony – Bellco Theatre
Saturday, September 26 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Session 3 (Members Only Session)
Saturday, September 26 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm Session 4

 

2015 Dates & Deadlines
June Brewers Registration Guidebook Mails (same information that is online)
June 9 – June 16 Online brewery application period for competition and festival (Closes at 5pm MST on June 16)
June 18 – July 2 Competition beer registration for eligible breweries that have applied to participate as of June 26
July 6 Breweries notified of festival booth space status (via lottery selection, if needed)
July 6 – July 17 Festival booth registration window
August 7 Refund deadline for cancellations (Badges, Booth, Beers, etc.)
August 7 Microstar kegs begin shipping to breweries (if requested)
August 10 – August 14 Competition beers due to Denver (New Address – See “Shipping Your Competition Beers“)
Early September (dates may vary) Estimated due dates for festival beers to drop-off locations (exact dates vary by location) – Likely first week of September
September 24 – 26 Great American Beer Festival
