Beer School: Sensory Training
Monday, September 17 | 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The Great American Beer Festival is upon us, and if your plan is anything like ours here at Bierstadt Lagerhaus you will be drinking copious amounts of beer. We invite you to educate yourselves before the debauchery begins, so when you start dropping knowledge on those GABF first timers you actually know what you’re talking about. This is a rare opportunity for the general public to get a professional level education from the talented Melissa Antone
Believe it or not, we will make your palate better by making the beer taste worse. Your class will cover proper tasting techniques, tips and tricks for identifying 8 common off-flavors, and their origins in beer. With a self quiz at the end you will be armed with more beer drinking knowledge than 99% of the 40,000 people roaming the convention center halls.
