Falling Rock Tap House + Hopworks Urban Brewery
Monday, September 17 | 5:00 pm - 2:00 am
Start your Great American Beer Festival week off right with a few pints of tasty Hopworks beer!
Falling Rock Tap House, will be serving Bubble Trouble (Brut IPA), Complete Darkness (Fresh Hop Imperial Cascadian Dark Ale), and Make Hazy While the Sun Shines (Hazy IPA) and giving away some Hopworks Swag.
Make Haze While the Sun Shines – Style: Hazy IPA. A thick and cloudy Hazy IPA with citrus and tropical fruit-forward hops. 7% ABV.
Bubble Trouble – Style: Brut IPA. “The Prosecco of Beers!” An effervescent and super bubbly IPA inspired by a tall flute of champagne. Brewed with 100% malted barley and citrus forward hops. 6% ABV.
Complete Darkness – Style: Fresh Hop Imperial CDA. In 2017 we harvested fresh hops during the total eclipse. We rushed the hops to our brewery and added them to the darkest hoppy beer we’ve ever made. It was an instant favorite with our brew team, so we’re making the beer again. 8.5% ABV.
