Slow Food and Slow Beers of Mexico

Denver Beer Co. and The Regional present a pairing of Slow Food and Slow Beers of Mexico. Denver Beer Co. has collaborated with three separate craft breweries in Mexico to create beers using native Mexican ingredients. The collaboration beers and their story of creation will be presented by Jason Buehler, head brewer at Denver Beer Co., and Kevin Grossi, chef and owner of The Regional. The presentation will include a special discussion of the creation of traditional poblano mole and its use as an ingredient in beer by Eduardo Lastra, co- founder of Cerveceria San Pascual Baylón.
