From beer service to shipping and setup logistics, get all the info you need to make the most of your 2026 GABF sponsorship!
Our team would be happy to talk through options with you! Visit this page to learn more and get in touch.
Beer service is restricted to Premier Pour Partners and approved sponsors only. Sponsors must procure any beer they plan to pour in their space. Our cellar crew manager, Mike Aronson, and his team will manage and facilitate registered beer service needs, including ice, jockey boxes or bus tubs, beer delivery, dump buckets, and bulk containers for waste liquids. Dumping liquids on the grass is not permitted. Detailed rules and deadlines apply for 2026. Please review all details before submitting your request here.
Exhibitors and sponsors sampling food products should email Sales Activation Manager Hans Tishmack and Special Events Coordinator Adam Dulye to coordinate details. Pre-packaged, factory-sealed options are recommended. Hot food may not be sampled or sold from booths.
Fun, creative giveaways are a staple of GABF and a great way to promote your brand. Stickers, koozies, buttons, branded apparel, and other memorable swag can help drive booth traffic.
Please let us know if your giveaways may create a queue at your space so we can help plan accordingly.
Wristbands will be listed under the primary Exhibitor/Sponsor contact and can be picked up at Brewers Registration. Full details on festival credentials, including how to purchase additional credentials, can be found here.
Your Sponsor or Exhibitor booth space includes wristbands for your working team, a pre-determined festival space, and up to 30 minutes of assisted unloading during Load-In on Friday, Oct. 9, from 8:00 am–3:00 pm.
Anything else you bring may be hand-carried from the drop-off area to your festival space. Levitt Pavilion grounds are sensitive and sponsors should use caution when using hand trucks, dollies, and wagons on the grass. Think “Leave No Trace” as much as possible. Tent stakes, plywood floors, ground coverings and anything going into the ground are not permitted.
For larger shipments or drop shipping, click here for shipping and drayage, material handling, rental items such as tents, weights, tables, and chairs, labor fees, deadlines, and additional information. Shipments must be received at the BA warehouse (587 S. Taylor Ave., Louisville, CO 80027) between Sept. 28 and Oct. 2, 2026.
Transportation for sponsors and their teams will be provided by shuttle from the host hotel, the Sheraton Denver Downtown.
Storage space on the buses will be limited to what you can carry on your lap, so please plan booth shipments accordingly.
There is no parking at Levitt Pavilion. Please plan to use Uber/Lyft rideshare or RTD Light Rail. The I-25/Broadway and Evans stations are approximately a 30–40 minute walk from the venue. See more transportation information here.
Because the festival is outdoors this year, and for public safety, all 10’x10’ tents are required to have 40 lb. weights on all four corners.
Tent stakes and anything anchored into the ground are not permitted.
As in previous years, anything left at your booth space is at your own risk. Please do not leave anything of value behind.
A security team will be on site during the festival, and overnight security will be provided at the venue along with perimeter fencing.
Sponsors and Exhibitors are welcome to sell their awesome merch and goods at the festival.
Questions regarding licensing or tax requirements should be directed to the Colorado Department of Revenue and the City and County of Denver Treasury Division, 720-913-9400.
The festival is outdoors at Levitt Pavilion. Power options will be limited to what you can bring with you, such as a mobile power station or battery backup charged nightly in your hotel room. Gas powered generators are not permitted.
WiFi will not be provided at the venue. Coverage maps from major cell phone carriers place Levitt Pavilion within the Denver Metro 5G mobile area. Please contact your provider for options and verify coverage before arriving.
