Every year, thousands of volunteers work many hours to help make the festival a success! Please consider volunteering for our Set-Up team!

Set-Up and Tear-Down
All skill levels welcome! Want a sneak peek at the thousands of beverages that’ll be poured at the festival? Be part of the Production Team that builds out the festival and gets booths ready.
Hall set-up will begin on Monday, October 7. Tear-down will take place on Sunday, October 12. Set up team volunteers are the only team that can earn tickets for the 2025 event.
Set-Up Benefits
- Each Set-Up shift = 1 ticket (1 shift=4 hours of work)
- Volunteer for 2 Set-Up shifts = 2 tickets and a GABF volunteer shirt
NOTE: Limit of four (4) 2025 tickets per volunteer, plus additional tickets for 2026.
Tear-Down Benefits
- Each Tear-Down shift = Two tickets for 2026 (1 shift=4 hours of work) and a GABF Volunteer Shirt (one shirt per volunteer max)
