Adobo Food Truck is Denver’s Latin-Asian Food Truck creating the most delicious tacos, rice bowls and other street food. We are known for our filipino chicken adobo bowl which is based upon my grandmother’s recipe, our smoked carnitas taco which won TOP TACO in 2018 and our green chile cheese fries which are a festival favorite.
