Competition Schedule and Deadlines

Tuesday, June 14 – Wednesday, June 22 at 5:00 p.m. MT* Competition Brewery & Beer Online Registration Open
*Registration may close sooner if maximum capacity is reached.
July 6 – July 21 Festival Booth Registration
July 21 Deadline to request MicroStar Kegs
*Breweries registering after this deadline must send their own kegs or case product to the festival
First Week of September MicroStar Kegs arrived to Breweries (by request)
September 19-23 Festival Beer (kegs & cases) due to chosen drop off points
October 4-6 Great American Beer Festival

Brewers Badge Pickup Schedule

Pickup Process

  • A valid photo ID is required to pick up any badge.
  • Individuals who’s names have been associated with a specific badge will be allowed to pick up only their one badge.
  • OR the main GABF Contact for the brewery will be allowed to pick up any/all badges for that brewery

Badge Pickup / Brewers Check-in Hours (Get there early…)

WEDNESDAY 10:00 am – 7:00 pm*
THURSDAY 8:30 am – 9:00 pm
FRIDAY 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
SATURDAY 9:00 am – 8:00 pm**

*Brewers Gathering
Wednesday, October 5, 6:00pm – 8:00pm | Colorado Convention Center – Lower Lobby D/Bellco Lobby

If you have a ticket to the Brewers Gathering, this will be a separate ticket. A badge will not allow access to the Brewers Gathering.  You will need to pick up your ticket prior to 7:00 pm on Wednesday in order to attend the Brewers Gathering.

**Saturday Badge Pickup Last call @ 8:00 pm

Check-in closes at 8:00 pm on Saturday night. Badge not picked up by that time will not be available for pickup after 8:00 pm on Saturday night.
