Participating Breweries Credential Pickup Information
Pickup Process
- A valid photo ID is required to pick up any credential.
- Credentials = One wristband for each session
- Individuals whose names have been associated with a specific credential will be allowed to pick up their credential only.
- OR the main GABF contact for the company will be allowed to pick up any/all credentials for that company.
- If you purchased additional credentials via the Eventbrite portal, visit Brewers Registration to exchange your ticket for setup/brewers credentials. If you don’t have the link to the brewers Eventbrite portal, contact us.

*Friday Brewers’ Happy Hour: Each complimentary brewer credential comes with access to the Brewers’ Happy Hour. You will need to pick up your credential on Friday prior to the Brewers’ Happy Hour in order to attend.
**Check-in closes at 3:00 pm on Sunday. Credentials not picked up by that time will not be available for pickup after 3:00 pm on Sunday.
Company Representatives and Credentials
As part of the festival booth registration process, each inline brewery may designate up to four representatives who may pour at the booth. As part of our mission to educate the consumer about the quality and diversity of beverage alcohol, the expectation is that brewers will have at least one company representative present in their booth at all times during the sessions.
Inline Booth = Four (4) complimentary representative credentials
No booth at the festival/Competition Only = Zero (0) complimentary representative credentials. Tickets may be purchased separately.
Purchasing Extra Credentials
Festival breweries (i.e. those with a booth at the festival) may purchase additional company representative credentials at a discounted rate via the brewers’ Eventbrite portal. Do not purchase from the public ticket sale site. If you don’t have the link to the brewers Eventbrite portal, contact us.
If your representatives purchasing extra tickets need access during setup or festival hours, representatives should visit Brewers Registration onsite to trade their purchased ticket for a brewer credential.
Competition-only breweries and cidermakers (i.e. those only participating in the competition) may purchase company representative credentials valid for all sessions, based on availability. Competing breweries can buy discounted tickets once they go on sale June 25 at 10am MDT.
Credentials are good for both sessions of the festival. Each credential is good for one person to enter the festival per session.
Please plan accordingly and allow time to get wristbanded and ID’d onsite before entering the festival grounds. Ages 21+ only.
All credentials are the property of the Brewers Association and may be revoked at any time.
