Schedule and Deadlines

March 24 Phase One Brewery Registration: Brewers Association brewery members who have won an award in either the GABF or World Beer Cup competitions in the last five years (2020-2025) can register early and will receive a free pouring space.
TBD (Late Spring) Phase Two Brewery Registration: Open to all Brewers Association brewery members. Registration includes a free pouring space.
June 4 – July 25 Festival booth registration open for all brewers ($150 for BA Brewery Members / $300 for non-members).
Mid-July Deadline to request MicroStar Kegs (and adjust GrogTag information)
*Brewers registering after this deadline must send their own kegs or case product to the festival.
August 10 Deadline for festival booth cancellation. No refunds will be given for booths or badges that are cancelled after this date.
August 10 Deadline for festival brewers to modify festival beverages. Any changes made after August 10 may not be reflected online or in onsite signage.
Late August MicroStar Kegs arrive to brewers (by request)
September 21 – 25 Festival beverages (kegs & cases) due to chosen drop off points
September 30 – October 6 Festival beverages (kegs & cases) due to Colorado drop off point
October 10-11 Great American Beer Festival

Brewers Credential Pickup

Pickup Process

  • A valid photo ID is required to pick up any credential.
  • Individuals whose names have been associated with a specific credential will be allowed to pick up only their one credential.
  • OR the main GABF contact for the beverage alcohol producer will be allowed to pick up any/all credentials for that business.

FRIDAY 9:00 am – 3:00 pm*
SATURDAY 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
SUNDAY 11:00 am – 3:00 pm**

*If you have a ticket to the Brewers’ Happy Hour, this will be a separate ticket. A festival credential alone will not allow access to the Brewers’ Happy Hour.  You will need to pick up your credentials onsite at Levitt Pavilion prior to entering the BrewersHappy Hour.

**Sunday credential pickup last call @ 3:00 pm. Credentials not picked up by that time will not be available.
