Schedule and Deadlines

May 14 – June 2 Early Festival Booth Registration for BA Members Only: Brewers Association members who register early will receive a free pouring space and a comped entry in the 2024 GABF competition!
June 3 – July 12 Festival Booth Registration Open for all Breweries ($150 for BA Members, $300 for non-members)
July 12 Deadline to request MicroStar Kegs
*Breweries registering after this deadline must send their own kegs or case product to the festival
July 26 Deadline for festival booth cancellation. No refunds will be given for booths or badges that are cancelled after this date.
August 9 Deadline for Festival breweries to modify festival beers. Any changes made after August 9 may not be reflected online or in onsite brewery signage.
Last Week of August MicroStar Kegs arrive to Breweries (by request)
Sept. 24-27 Festival Beer (kegs & cases) due to chosen drop off points
Sept. 30 – Oct. 4 Festival Beer (kegs & cases) due to Colorado drop off point
October 10-12 Great American Beer Festival

Brewers Badge Pickup Schedule

Pickup Process

  • A valid photo ID is required to pick up any credential.
  • Individuals who’s names have been associated with a specific credential will be allowed to pick up only their one credential.
  • OR the main GABF Contact for the brewery will be allowed to pick up any/all credential for that brewery

WEDNESDAY 8:30 am – 7:00 pm*
THURSDAY 8:30 am – 8:00 pm
FRIDAY 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
SATURDAY 8:30 am – 2:00 pm**

*Brewers’ Gathering
Wednesday, October 9, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

If you have a ticket to the Brewers’ Gathering, this will be a separate ticket. A credential will not allow access to the Brewers Gathering.  You will need to pick up your ticket prior to 7:00 pm on Wednesday in order to attend the Brewers’ Gathering.

**Saturday credential Pickup Last call @ 12:00 pm

Check-in closes at 12:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. Credentials not picked up by that time will not be available for pickup.
